Theatre Stiwt delivers a sparkling Panto performance

In Pantoland absolutely anything is possible (oh no it isn’t..) - and there was nothing closer to the truth than in this sparkling production of Britain’s favourite panto. This delightful version of Cinderella at the magnificent, intimate, Stiwt Theatre, in Rhos, even manages to weave the theme from Ghostbusters into the plot as the laughs come thick and fast.

Wales tourism gets smart joining the QR revolution

Top tourism sites in North Wales could soon have their own special bar code – even  a castle. The hi-tech QR or quick response codes can be scanned with a mobile phone to swiftly direct a visitor to a website. Two Shetland ponies are swapping Buckingham Palace for a theatre in North Wales – oh yes they are! Loveable Cindy and Sherry are appearing in the popular panto, Cinderalla, which starts at the Stiwt Theatre in Rhos on Thursday night (December 15).

Fairy Stifyn Parri is a hit with Eagles Meadow Wrexham shoppers

A shopping centre in North Wales has been sprinkled with lashings of fairy dust -  by a six foot three inch Fairy Godmother! Actor, presenter and producer Stifyn Parri had the crowds of Christmas shoppers in fits of laughter. He danced around Wrexham’s Eagles Meadow shopping centre in full costume, filming for his S4C show Seren Nadolig Rhos.
